Quick guide to running Projector for your team.

Getting started

Projector runs in your browser — no downloads. You need internet access, a modern browser on any computer, laptop, or tablet, and at least one spare screen (second monitor, TV, or projector). More displays add flexibility when you are ready.

  1. Open the demo and sign in (Account signup and checkout are coming soon. Contact us for early access or to discuss pricing.).
  2. Complete your organization profile if prompted.
  3. Explore the dashboard: Library, Preview, and Controls sit side by side on wide screens (switch to a stacked layout from the account menu if you prefer).

Dashboard layout

Library — four tabs: Songs, Bible, Notes, and Schedule. Click a song section, note, or verse to load it into the preview. Use Manage library for deeper editing, archiving, and Bible uploads.

Preview — see exactly what your audience will get. Adjust text color, shadow, outline, and glow; step through sections with Previous and Next. Library content loads read-only here — use Add or Edit to change songs and notes, not the preview itself.

Controls — collapsible settings for Appearance (backgrounds, writing delay), Projector Display, Teleprompter Display, and Bible on screen (reference and version placement).

Going live

  • Click Open Projector to launch the fullscreen output window on your venue display.
  • Click Open Teleprompter for a separate prompter view.
  • Use Update Displays to push the current preview immediately — or double-click a song section for the same effect.
  • Enable auto-update per display in Controls; set a writing delay so auto-sync waits until you finish typing.
  • Use Show background only to clear text between items while keeping your backdrop.

Songs & notes

Add songs and notes from the library tab. Each item can have multiple sections (verse, chorus, announcement, etc.). Click Edit to change titles and section content — the preview shows your live slide, not an editing workspace.

Reset Preview restores text styling only (color and effects). Reset Appearance restores global backgrounds and display settings.

Schedule

Build a run sheet for your service: add songs, notes, and Bible verses in order. Open the Schedule tab, create or pick a schedule, then step through items live with previous and next — the same controls work across songs, notes, and verses.

Bible

Upload an EPUB Bible under Manage library, then select it as your Bible source. EPUB editions are easy to find through Google, Bing, and other search engines. More formats are coming soon — contact us if you need something specific.

Search by passage in your dashboard language (e.g. Marcos 1:21 when the UI is in Spanish). Click a verse to project it; use Bible on screen in Controls to place the reference and version label on the slide.

Manage library

From the library column, open Manage library to edit song and note sections in bulk, archive or restore content, and upload Bibles for your organization.

Language & theme

Change the dashboard language from the footer selector (English, Spanish, or French). Toggle dark or light mode from the account menu. Your choices are saved for next time.
